Doctor Web, Ltd. released a new generation of its free curing utility for PCs - CureIt!, version 4.44.

The new CureIt! contains updated versions of all anti-virus components (scanner, definitions bases, online help system) which will soon be included in the commercial release of Dr.Web for Windows, v4.44, expected in a few days. The new anti-virus engine implements unique malware detection algorithms which seriously raises raise the overall detection rate for unknown threats. The new algorithms are not based on signatures and cover wide ranges of tricks used in malicious codes.
