Corrected version of SpIDer Guard for Windows NT/2000/XP/Vista released

Doctor Web, Ltd. announces the SpIDer Guard update release – a component of the Dr.Web® anti-virus for Windows (version 4.44). The update is available for download from the company servers and will be automatically downloaded and installed by the Dr.Web® updating utility.
The following changes have been made in the SpIDer Guard module:
- Error in the scanning algorithm for certain file types corrected;
- Virus definitions database reload error in SpIDer Guard on FAT32 partitions fixed;
- File blocking algorithm on removable media is improved;
- Unauthorized disabling of the "Pause" mode during the setup of the SpIDer Guard’s control panel removed;
- Reloading of virus databases in the "Pause" mode removed. (Now, the program memorizes changes of virus definitions database and reloads it once SpIDer Guard's operation is resumed;
- Error indication (red cross) in the system tray during the SpIDer Guard’s launch signaling that the component was disabled corrected;
- GUI slightly improved and other minor errors corrected.
