Doctor Web, Ltd. opens new project – “My Dr.Web” – a personal customer’s services area on Doctor Web, Ltd.’s servers.

What is “My Dr.Web”?
“My Dr.Web” is a personalized cabinet for registered customers of Dr.Web for Windows version 4.44.
“My Dr.Web” is a web-site guide and a direct pointer to Dr.Web services for customers.
“My Dr.Web” can be accessed by users of both Dr.Web commercial licenses and demo versions. To enter the cabinet, select the “My Dr.Web” menu item in the contextual menu of SpIDer Guard file monitor, or SpIDer Mail mail monitor, or via the scanner`s Help/About.. menu item.

Services of “My Dr.Web”

• Personal customer area – a customer can now always see its serial number, the license expiry date and the date and time of the last update – all these are the most frequently asked questions to Technical support service of Doctor Web, Ltd.
  
• Technical support – now customers can send their support requests via the web-form in this area. The web-form is integrated into Dr.Web’s Technical Support ticket system. Here is also a link to Frequently Asked Questions.
  
• Buy/Renew – choose your country in the web-forms in these panes and you will be directed straight to Dr.Web authorized partners or online store, as you choose, where you can buy Dr.Web licenses, or renew them.
  
• Online scanner – right here customers can check a suspicious URL or files by Dr.Web online scanner with the latest definitions of Dr.Web virus database. They can also send them to Dr.Web Anti-virus Lab using the web-form in the Online scanner area.
  
• Useful links – here you can find links to even more Dr.Web free services.
